Our hassle free exchange policy lasts for 7 days. We offer 7 days only due to the value of our items.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, we must receive your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return for exchange
- email us at email@example.com for a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER so we know to expect your item and process it easier.
- Drop off or send your item tomour HQ in Wanchai
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only full priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately clearance items can not be exchanged.
Special orders are not eligible for exchanges . Please check with us on the policy before ordering.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be Emailed directly to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased (or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later) we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will need to be the contact regarding your return.
